We work with clients who value compassion, reliability, and a strong work ethic above all. If you have transferable skills from roles in hospitality (like Waiter / Waitress), retail, or other customer-facing positions, we encourage you to apply. We can often provide access to essential training to help you get started.
Flexibility is a key advantage of working with Recruiting Today. Care Assistant shifts in London E15 can vary widely to suit your lifestyle. We have full-time (37.5+ hours), part-time, bank/zero-hours, days, nights, weekends, and early/late shifts. During registration, we discuss your availability and match you with assignments that fit. This flexible approach is central to our on-demand staffing model across all sectors, from warehouse work to healthcare.
For candidates with an up-to-date DBS and all necessary documentation in place, starts can be incredibly fast – sometimes within 48-72 hours. For those needing a new DBS or training, the process typically takes 1-2 weeks, as we work efficiently to complete your compliance. Our goal is to get you into a rewarding role as soon as possible, mirroring the swift placement service we offer for cleaning jobs in Wolverhampton or distribution roles in SE17.
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you would visit clients in their own homes across London E15, providing one-to-one support for set periods. This role often requires more independence and travel between appointments. Care Assistant roles in care homes involve working within a single facility, supporting multiple residents as part of a larger team in a structured environment. Both are equally vital. We discuss your preference during registration to match you with the right setting.
Absolutely. A significant portion of our temporary Care Assistant placements convert into permanent positions. Employers often use temporary assignments as an extended interview to find the right long-term fit. Demonstrating reliability, skill, and a positive attitude greatly increases your chances of being offered a permanent contract. This"temp-to-perm" pathway is a successful model we facilitate across our permanent recruitment services in healthcare and beyond.
