As a Waiter, Waitress, or Waiting Staff member in Sheffield, you will be the face of the establishment, ensuring guests have a memorable dining or drinking experience. Your core duties will be hands-on and customer-focused.

• Handling payments: Processing bills accurately via EPOS systems, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring correct reconciliation at the end of your shift.
• Guest relationship management: Anticipating guest needs, handling complaints or queries professionally and promptly, and aiming to create regular returning customers.
• Team collaboration: Working seamlessly with other Waiting Staff, runners, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service during peak hours and events.
• Adherence to procedures: Following all opening and closing checklists, stock rotation guidelines, and health & safety regulations, including allergen awareness protocols.
